Completion and submission of the online General Release/Registration form and the Code of Conduct is required in order for a student-athlete to attend any of our Sunday sessions and/or practices OR to compete on any TTEF tournament team.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED ASAP

Parents of ALL student-athletes, PLEASE provide digital versions of each student-athlete’s

• head shot photo
• birth certificate, and
• a second form of ID showing child’s photo and birth date.

Parents of 7on7 athletes, we also need you to provide a digital copy of a school document (such as school ID card) showing your student-athlete’s

• name
• photo, and
• grade

All digital items should be emailed to LifeAthletix@gmail.com.

COMMUNICATION

We will communicate with parents via this website and/or via email from TTEFootball1@gmail.com and/or texts or phone calls from team coaches.  It is imperative that you provide the cell phone numbers and email addresses of your child and everyone in your family who will need to be kept apprised of information.
