CODE OF CONDUCT

Each coach, player, family member, and spectator in the Tucson Turf Elite Program represents TTEF and Life Athletix, Inc. whether they are wearing the TTEF shield or not.

TTEF has a zero-tolerance policy for physical or verbal abuse of or by all coaches, officials, referees, players, and parents.

Head coaches and assistant coaches are responsible for controlling TTEF players’ conduct and that of parents on the sidelines. They have the authority to dismiss unruly parents/spectators on behalf of TTEF.

We request that everyone help us enforce a good sportsmanship policy on and off the field during tournaments and Sunday sessions. Please review the following list of expectations, agree to meet them, and sign this document on behalf of yourself, your family, and any friends who might attend an event:

We will refrain from making negative or derogatory comments to TTEF coaches, opposing coaches, TTEF players and teammates, opposing players, other TTEF parents, opposing teams’ parents, tournament directors and their staff, referees, and assistant referees.
We will abstain from the consumption of alcohol or the use of tobacco products on or near the playing field or at the venue.
We will be respectful of others’ property, business, and space, and will cause no harm to personal property, businesses or the reputation of TTEF.
In the event we make a commitment to pay a tournament fee or costs associated with traveling to a tournament, we agree to make such payment by the designated deadline. If Life Athletix, Inc. prepays for anything on our behalf, we agree to reimburse Life Athletix, Inc. within thirty days or the amount will accrue a 3.6% processing fee for each month it is not paid.

Failure to meet these expectations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis based on the nature of the violation.
