Who we are
This website is operated by Tucson Turf Elite Football (“Tucson Turf,” “we,” “us”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth football program in Tucson, Arizona (Tax ID 82-1561949). The program operates under Life Athletix, Inc. This policy covers this website only. Program registration and payments happen on our registration platform. See below.
What this site collects
Very little, and none of it identifies you unless you choose to tell us who you are.
- When an adult sends us a form on this site (a tryout or flag interest form, a sponsor inquiry, or a contact message), we keep what was typed: the name, email address, and message, plus the date and an anonymized network identifier used only to limit abuse. We use it to reply and for nothing else.
- When you browse or download photos in our gallery, we log the album, the photo, the time, and an anonymized session identifier, so we know which photos families enjoy. No names, no accounts, no personal profiles.
- For registered players, program leadership imports reports from SportsConnect (our registration and payment system) so coaches can see their roster: player and parent names, the parent’s email and phone number, jersey or other sizes, and what is paid and owed. Birth dates and street addresses in those reports are discarded on import. Coaches see only their own team; program leadership sees all teams.
- Our web server keeps standard security logs (such as IP address), retained briefly and used only to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
This site sets strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie that remembers your access to password-protected areas, such as a team page in the Family Hub, and a login cookie for coaches and program staff who sign in. They are not used for advertising or tracking, and they are the reason you do not see a cookie banner here. There is nothing to consent to.
If we measure site traffic, we use cookie-free, aggregate analytics that cannot identify individual visitors.
Registration and payments
Registration, payments, and rosters are handled on SportsConnect, a Stack Sports platform, under their privacy policy. This site only links there. We never see or store your payment details.
Children’s privacy
This site is directed at parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our forms are for adults. Our gallery statistics contain no personal information about any child. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Photos of players
Gallery photos are taken at program events under the media release agreed to during registration, and are offered for personal and family use. The gallery is served from the program’s own cloud storage.
To request removal of a photo of your child, email lifeathletix@gmail.com. We will remove it promptly.
Social media
This site may show posts from our Instagram account. Instagram is operated by Meta and loads under its own privacy policy. Following or interacting with our account happens on Instagram, not here.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
